Who We Are

Architecture for Humanity Toronto (AFHTO) is a volunteer organization that promotes architectural and design solutions, as well as advocacy and public education to help build a sustainable and socially equitable living and working environment in Toronto.

We are a local Canadian chapter of Architecture for Humanity International, a non-profit organization, founded in 1999 to foster architectural solutions to global, social and humanitarian crises.

Our diverse membership includes architects, planners and designers, as well as activists, students, and concerned citizens, brought together by the common goal of transforming Toronto into a beautiful, livable and sustainable city.
